Genobio Successfully Approved by Health Canada for its Aspergillus Rapid Test

Global status of Invasive Aspergillosis
As an important clinical diagnosis basis for the Invasive Aspergillosis (IA), Aspergillus galactomannan test (GM test) is recommended by international diagnostic guidelines. Aspergillus IgG antibody is an important indicator of previous Aspergillus infection and is helpful for clinical diagnosis. Studies show that serum Aspergillus IgG antibody detection has potential application value in the diagnosis of IPA in patients with hematologic diseases/malignant tumors. For patients with poor GM test results after antifungal treatment, Aspergillus antigen antibody united detection can greatly improve the sensitivity and specificity of detection, and reduce the infection for deep Aspergillus, especially for subacute and chronic Aspergillus.
