FungiXpert® Aspergillus IgM Antibody Detection Kit (CLIA) is a chemiluminescence immunoassay used for the quantitative detection of the Aspergillus IgM antibody in human serum samples. It is used with automatic FACIS instrument to complete sample pretreatment and experimental testing, fully liberating the hands of lab clinicians and greatly improve detection accuracy.

Aspergillus belongs to ascomycetes, and is transmitted through the release of asexual spores from mycelium. Aspergillus can cause multiple allergic and invasive diseases when it enters the body. Aspergillus IgM and IgG antibodies are important indicators of aspergillus infection, and the detection of aspergillus-specific antibodies is helpful for clinical diagnosis
