FungiXpert® Aspergillus IgG Antibody Detection Kit (CLIA) is a chemiluminescence immunoassay used for the quantitative detection of the Aspergillus IgG antibody in human serum samples. It is fully automated with FACIS to complete sample pretreatment and experimental testing, fully liberating the hands of laboratory physician and greatly improve detection accuracy.
Aspergillus belongs to ascomycetes, and is transmitted through the release of asexual spores from mycelium. Aspergillus can cause multiple allergic and invasive diseases when it enters the body. Studies have found that about 23% of the overall infectious Aspergillus detection is significant, and low-level patients can detect antibody production about 10.8 days after effective infection. Antibody detection, especially IgG and IgM antibody detection, is of great significance for the confirmation of clinical diagnosis and the evaluation of clinical medication.
